CDAs, MTAs and sponsor agreements - whose data is in your file

The question is rarely "can I paste my data" - it is "whose data is this," and most working files are mixtures. The cell line came under an MTA. The compound structures are the sponsor's. The assay results are yours, generated on their material, which is exactly the case the agreement has a clause about. You cannot route what you have not inventoried, so the move is a flipped interaction: the model interviews you, one question at a time, until every column and every input of the file has a provenance. Then it routes each item: yours, third-party under agreement, or unknown - and unknown routes to the agreement text and your sponsored programs office, not to a guess. The model never renders a judgment on what the agreement permits; it builds the inventory that makes the real conversation short.

Interview me to build a provenance inventory of one working file. Ask one question at a time; stop when every column and input has an origin. Cover: where each material, dataset, and structure came from; what agreement covers it (CDA, MTA, sponsored research, none, unknown); and who generated each derived result on whose material. Then output the inventory: ITEM, ORIGIN, AGREEMENT, ROUTE - where route is MINE / THIRD-PARTY UNDER [agreement] / UNKNOWN - ASK [office]. Never state what an agreement permits.

2 · Your turn. You write the prompt

Your screening spreadsheet mixes your own assay readouts, structures supplied by an industry sponsor, and IC50s generated on a collaborator's cell line that arrived under an MTA you have never read. You want model help analyzing it, and you genuinely do not know which parts of the file are yours to share with anything. Write a prompt that maps the file before anything gets pasted anywhere.
